1 General & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and hk8 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing, registering, depositing, or placing any wager on hk8 — whether through the web interface at hk8.lat or any affiliated mobile application — you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of hk8 and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all prevailing terms, including any subsequent amendments published by hk8.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Membership and participation on hk8 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This requirement applies to all Malaysian users and aligns with responsible gaming standards applicable to casino-style gambling platforms.

By registering an account with hk8, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration;
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law in your jurisdiction from participating in online betting or gaming;

• You have not previously been excluded from hk8 or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion programme.

hk8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be registered by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one active account on hk8. Duplicate, shared, or fraudulently obtained accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund of balance.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and preferred payment method. hk8 may request additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport;
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) issued within the last three months;
• Proof of payment method ownership for any deposit or withdrawal channel used.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Wallet

hk8 operates a unified single-wallet system. All funds deposited are credited to one central balance that is accessible across all game verticals including Sportsbook, Slots, hk8 Casino, Mix Parlay, and Horse Racing. No inter-wallet transfer is required between game types.

Accepted deposit methods for Malaysian members include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and USDT TRC20. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction;

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

hk8 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and free bet credits to eligible members. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the promotion is advertised. The following general conditions apply across all hk8 bonus offers:

• Each promotion is available once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms — failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• hk8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion's terms;
• Members who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent regional restrictions, or exploiting bonus arbitrage strategies — will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.

For the avoidance of doubt, hk8 retains sole discretion in determining whether a member's betting patterns constitute abuse. Such determinations are final.

6 Betting Rules & Void Bet Conditions

Specific betting rules apply to each product category available on hk8. By placing a wager on any market — including EPL football, Malaysia Super League, Mix Parlay combinations, UFC fights, live casino tables, horse racing, or slots — you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable product rules.

The following general rules apply across all hk8 betting markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. hk8 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system;
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced (where live betting is not offered) will be voided and the stake returned;
• In the event of a technical error, system glitch, or odds feed failure, hk8 reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion;
• For Mix Parlay bets, if one or more legs are voided, the parlay is recalculated based on the remaining valid selections;
• For horse racing markets, Rule 4 deductions may apply following a late withdrawal of a runner, consistent with international racing standards;
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per member per day — these are displayed within the relevant product section.

hk8's odds are set by its in-house trading team and may change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hk8 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in doing so;
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software tool to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other members;
• Colluding with other members or hk8 staff to manipulate game outcomes or odds;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud via payment providers;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to access other members' accounts without authorisation;
• Exploiting software bugs or system vulnerabilities — any discovered bugs must be reported immediately to hk8 support;
• Accessing hk8 via a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.

hk8 employs real-time fraud detection and betting pattern analysis. Any account flagged by these systems may be temporarily frozen pending manual review. hk8 will communicate with the affected member via their registered email address within three (3) business days.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the hk8 platform — including but not limited to the hk8 brand name, logo, website design, software, data feeds, graphics, text, audio, and video materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hk8 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any hk8 content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any hk8 software;
• Use hk8 branding or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorisation.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hk8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from betting outcomes, system downtime, payment delays, or reliance on information provided on the hk8 platform.

hk8 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any service offered through hk8.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

hk8 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable betting for all members. We strongly believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a means to address personal difficulties. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Members can configure session duration alerts to notify them after a specified period of continuous play;

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

hk8 operates under international gaming licensing. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hk8 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes relating to its formation, validity, performance, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies designated by hk8's licensing authority.

Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling legislation in Malaysia is subject to local laws including the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of hk8 is lawful in your jurisdiction. hk8 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet, transaction, or account action, members must first raise the matter with hk8 customer support. hk8 aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a formal complaint.
